Toby Hall is the Senior VP, Chief Actuary, and Chief Data Officer of Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. He joined Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana in 2003 and has been CDO since the start of the Data Governance Program in 2016.

Curtis Mischler

Data Governance Lead, Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana

Curtis Mischler is a seasoned healthcare executive, consultant, and coach. He has led, designed, and built Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana’s Data Governance Program from its inception in 2016.
