Vinod (Vinny) Kaimal leads Wellspring’s customer success team and is focused on helping corporate innovation clients leverage Wellspring’s powerful Innovation Ops platform to streamline innovation and R&D initiatives, accelerate tech scouting, and manage IP portfolios and partnerships.
Vinny’s broad knowledge base in engineering and scientific disciplines paired with his diverse global business experience provides a strong foundation for his passion for strategic innovation. Over the past 15 years, Vinny has worked at start-ups, multinationals, and in management consulting. He has worked with Fortune 500 clients on strategic innovation, helping with the design, execution, and delivery of innovation initiatives in multiple industries including health care, energy, chemicals and advanced materials, food and ag, and consumer products.
Vinny holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, both from the University of Cincinnati.
