Tony Klimas, President at Horváth USA
Tony Klimas is a partner and president of Horváth USA. He has 25+ years of consulting experience in finance, operating model design, and large-scale business transformation. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he served on active duty in the U.S. Navy before leaving to earn an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. He worked in the auto industry in several accounting and finance roles before moving to consulting where he eventually held several practice leadership roles at two of the “Big-4” firms. In early 2022, he joined the European consultancy Horváth, to lead their entry into the U.S. consulting market as the President of the U.S. Business. Tony is passionate and involved in veterans’ issues and sits on the Board of the Southeast Region USO. He is a frequent author and speaker on the business impact of digital technology and the challenges of transforming during disruptive times.
