Ciaran Hourican, Managing Director, H-Training
Ciaran Hourican is the Managing Director of H-Training. H-Training provides in-depth sales training courses for all types of business. He is a professional Workplace Coach and Mentor with a passionate interest in developing others and a track record for realising excellence. He has worked extensively across both the private and public sectors and more recently in the area of tech.
With a background in politics and leadership psychology Ciarán brings a very dynamic energy to leadership and coaching. By facilitating engagement through his ongoing fascination with political, business and social icons, Ciaran’s development approach is client focused and he is an advocate for people while also facilitating them to accept more responsibility for the challenges they face.
In his capacity as Managing Partner of H-Training Ciarán has assumed strategic responsibility for growing and developing the business. He is currently studying Software Development as part of H-Training’s strategic shift towards online delivery and content development.
Ciaran holds a BA in English and Politics and a Masters in Political Leadership from University College Cork he was awarded Best Dissertation and Politics MA Student of the Year. He is also a qualified Coach and Mentor from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
