Brian Mallari, Director of Segment Marketing at Western Digital
Brian Mallari is director of Segment Marketing responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy and execution to support of HDD Business Unit objectives.
In his role, he manages the team that defines and executes the go-to-market strategies and plans for Western Digital’s client and enterprise HDD products. The scope of his responsibilities includes market analysis, business case analysis, product roadmap strategy, and portfolio positioning and messaging in the respective markets.
Prior to Western Digital Brian worked at Seagate Technology as senior product manager for the high-performance mission-critical enterprise hard drive product line.
Brian also previously worked at Intel where led Server Platform Marketing and managed cross functional teams focused on promoting Intel core competencies and value to resellers and IT end-users.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
