Allan Andersen is responsible for IPsoft’s Cognitive and Autonomic solutions and an expert on 1Desk. In this capacity he leads product management, documentation and education strategy for the company. Before joining IPsoft, Allan worked at CA Technologies and was responsible for product management and strategy across several solutions, including endpoint, cloud and datacenter automation. Allan earned a M.Sc. in Business Strategy at the Copenhagen School of Business.
