Press Release: The 2018 Data Architecture Summit Is Now Accepting Presentation Proposals

By on

February 7, 2018 – DATAVERSITY Education, LLC opened the Call for Presentations today for the second annual Data Architecture Summit, which will be held October 8-11, 2018, at the Westin Chicago River North in Chicago, Ill. Proposals must be received by March 23 in order to be considered. For more event details and speaker submission guidelines, visit dataarchitecturesummit.com.

The four-day event will feature a broad range of expert-led sessions on how to design and manage a modern Data Architecture, covering everything from Data Governance and Data Strategy to Data Curation, Artificial Intelligence, and Graph Data Architectures.

Last year’s inaugural conference, attended by more than 300 industry professionals, was “packed with supremely practical conversations in all facets of the event—during the presentations, between the attendees, and on the product exhibit floor,” says DATAVERSITY CEO and Program Chair Tony Shaw. “It was architect-to-architect, talking business, technology, and data design.”

The conference committee seeks proposals for 50-minute conference sessions and panel discussions, 5-minute “lightning” talks, and 3-hour tutorials and workshops that will take a more in-depth, hands-on approach. Speaker selections will be announced by April 2. Visit das2018.dataversity.net/cfp.cfm for a full list of tips, topics, and deadlines.
